These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your information.
2. Promoter: Bristol City Women Football Club Limited, Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol, BS3 2EJ.
3. Who can enter: This prize promotion (‘Promotion’) is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except for anyone employed by the Promoter and anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Promotion including employees of the Promoter and Guiness, their agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step’ family).
4. Internet access required for entry.
5. Entrants should ask the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet access that is not owned or paid for by the entrant to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
6. No purchase necessary to participate in the Promotion.
7. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens on 22nd April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12th May 2026.
8. Entry details
a. Go to http://competitions.bristolcitywomenfc.com
b. On the entry form (‘Form Entry’), complete your first name, surname, contact details and confirm that you are a UK resident.
c. After the entry form has been completed, there is an option to complete a survey for one additional bonus entry into the prize draw (‘Survey Entry’). The survey is optional.
d. Incomplete, incorrect, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
e. Each entrant is permitted two entries in total. An entrant will receive one entry for completing the Form Entry and will receive one additional bonus entry for a Survey Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, only one Form Entry per person, and only one Survey Entry per person can be submitted. A person can use only one name and email address to enter once via the Form Entry, and once by completing the Survey Entry.
f. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a person has already submitted an entry and to disqualify all entries made by that person.
g. Bulk entries will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or entries made via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries that do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email address using identities other than their own or using any other automated or manual means to increase that entrant’s entries or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
9. Winner selection and winner notification:
a. All correctly completed entries will be placed into a prize draw (‘Draw’) using a random number generator within 5 working days of the closing date.
b. Entrants that complete the Entry Form will receive one entry into the Draw.
c. Entrants that complete the Entry Form and the survey will receive two entries into the Draw.
d. There are three prize winners in total (each a ‘Winner’).
e. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide their correct contact details when entering the Promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any Winner that has not provided accurate information that affects the notification process.
f. Each Winner will be notified by Bristol City Women Football Club Limited by email within 7 working days of the closing date.
g. Each Winner has 14 days in total to claim their prize. If a Winner does not respond within the first 7 days of the initial prize notification date, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made or the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize allocated to a back-up Winner drawn at the same time as the original Winners.
10. Prizing:
a. Each prize consists of: (i) a signed Bristol City Women’s home shirt; and (ii) a Guinness Nitrosurge provided by our partner Guiness
b. One prize maximum per person.
c. The Prizing is as stated, is not transferable and there is no alternative prizing in whole or in part. There is no cash alternative.
d. If any Winner is not able to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to a back-up chosen at the same time as the original Winners.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
11. Data Protection:
a. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at http://competitions.bristolcitywomenfc/privacy
b. All entrants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that anonymised survey data will be shared with Guiness (Diageo Great Britain Limited).
c. If you opt in to your personal information being shared with Guiness, your personal data will be handled by Diageo Great Britain Limited in accordance with its privacy policy which is available at https://www.diageoprivacycentre.com/en-gb/our-privacy-and-cookie-notice
12. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to: (i) verify the eligibility of an entrant or Winner by requesting proof of identity and/or address; or (ii) disqualify an entrant or Winner if found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
b. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn and, if there are enough qualifying entries, awarded to a back-up chosen at the same time as the original.
c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor agencies involved with this Promotion shall be liable to the Winners whether such liability arises in tort, including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to participation in this promotion, or in relation to the award of the Prizing to the extent permissible by law. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of this Promotion.
d. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add or to waive any of these terms and conditions, or to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these terms and conditions) with no recompense to entrants.
e. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the prizing, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
f. Any decision of the Promoter in respect of the Promotion is final and binding in all promotional matters. No correspondence will be entered into.
g. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to the Winner notification or delivery prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the entries that are not included in the draw erroneously, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
h. The Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion without payment. Publicity is not a condition of entering the Promotion nor prize acceptance.
i. The surname and counties of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing hello@bristol-sport.co.uk, with the subject “Guiness Competition”, within 28 days of the closing date. Entrants may request their surname, and county is not published in the event they win by emailing before the closing date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the Winner to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
j. The laws of England and Wales apply to this Promotion, and the English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.
k. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
